Real Mind Psychotherapy is not a high-volume referral platform. We are a clinically focused practice built around a specific model of care — structured, insight-driven, and results-oriented.

We are looking for clinicians who share that philosophy — who believe therapy should produce measurable outcomes, who are comfortable with structure and direction in their sessions, and who are committed to ongoing growth in their clinical practice.

Faith integration is a core part of our model for many clients, though it is never required. We welcome clinicians who are comfortable offering this as an option.

We're Looking For
Any of the following qualifications
Licensed in New York State — LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT
Limited Permit eligible — actively working toward licensure
Graduate-level student in a mental health or Marriage and Family program seeking clinical hours
Must be eligible to provide services in New York State
